Nathan Arnold

MSc(Res) Psychiatry Student

Nathan is currently undergoing a psychiatry master's with supervisor Dr. Vanessa Raymont. He is working with the PREVENT Database to explore the potential utility of retinal biomarkers for identifying midlife risk of Alzheimer's Disease and neurodegeneration. Nathan is also involved in research with older adults at the university sleep lab and works part-time as a Healthcare Support Worker at John Radcliffe Hospital. 

In 2023, Nathan completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at Swansea University, and has conducted research in other areas including adolescent test anxiety, personality and self-transcendent experiences. He enjoys running and rock climbing in his spare time, as well as analogue photography and charcoal sketching
