Research Assistant, SHINE

Cara works as a research assistant on the DPUK-II study SHINE, running data collection at the Oxford site. SHINE ('Synaptic Health in NEurodegeneration') is an observational study of early Alzheimer's disease, focusing on magnetoencephalography as a non-invasive tool for diagnosis and prognosis.

 Cara is based at the Oxford Centre of Human Brain Activity (OHBA) at the University of Oxford. She has previously worked in clinical roles across inpatient and community psychiatric settings, and is particularly interested in translational neuroscience.
