MRI Research Radiographer
'DPUK has put me in contact with fellow radiographers across the UK, allowing knowledge exchange among researchers from a variety of backgrounds.'
I’m a research radiographer at the University of Edinburgh, and I'm involved in the DPUK Imaging network. I’m ensuring safe, consistent and high-quality imaging is achieved for any DPUK study using this new technology. The aim is to establish a framework that allows more researchers to use these state-of-the-art PET-MR scanners and to enable participants to be fully informed and eager to contribute to research.
DPUK has put me in contact with fellow radiographers across the UK allowing knowledge exchange, among many more researchers from a variety of backgrounds.
On the back of working with DPUK, I have been invited to present a lecture about governance in PET-MR, as part of our PET-MR MSc programme.
