Each of the institutes in the Stem Cells Network have optimised protocols which successfully enable the differentiation of reprogrammed iPSCs towards various brains cells including: microglia, cortical neurons, astrocytes and dendrocytes, dopaminergic neurons, organoids, and medium spiny neurons.
