There for you |
Questions and queries before you get started? We help you understand what information is held by each cohort and advise on best cohorts to choose for your projects. We provide telephone and email support on how to complete the application form. |
Connection to cohorts |
We manage communication with cohorts on your behalf. There's no need for you to be in touch with cohorts directly. If additional documentation is needed, we liaise with you and/ or the cohort, as appropriate. We provide you regular updates on your application approval and chase up cohorts who haven't responded. |
Final steps to your analysis |
We help to facilitate the legal aspects of signing the data access agreement. We set up your accounts and permissions. We stay in touch once you are working on your analysis. |
