Developing the Clinical Studies Register – Dr Ivan Koychev, Clinician Scientist for Dementias Platform UK (DPUK) and Helen Rochford-Brennan, Chair of the European Working Group of People with Dementia.

Ivan will present DPUK’s plans to develop the Clinical Studies Register and, as an active campaigner and someone living with dementia, Helen will bring her perspective to this important area of our work.

Impact across the platform: four scientists share updates on their work

Dr Chi-Hun Kim will present some early findings from his research using DPUK cohort data.

Chloe Fawns-Ritchie will discuss her work in cognitive assessment, bringing in her perspective as an early career researcher in this field.

Dr John Isaac will discuss the New Therapeutics in Alzheimer's Disease study, and other activities of DPUK’s Synaptic Health working group.

Professor Jonathan Schott will present new findings from the Insight 46 cohort and discuss his work developing the amyloid cohort.

Join John Gallacher in conversation with Professor Andrew Morris, Director of Health Data Research UK, and Dr Rob Buckle, Chief Science Officer at the UK Medical Research Council. We will discuss the role of big data in health research, and its importance for dementia.
