Professor Paresh Malhotra

Project Lead, Neuroimmunology

Paresh is a Consultant Neurologist and Clinical Reader in the Division of Brain Sciences at Imperial College London. He is involved in several studies examining the links between hearing loss and dementia, proof-of-concept drug trials in dementia, and UK-wide studies assessing multiple biomarkers in the earliest stages of Alzheimer's disease.

Paresh co-leads two DPUK Work Packages within the Experimental Medicine Incubator's Neuroimmunology theme. Those are Work Package 27b: Prodromal dementia immunoprofiles; and Work Package 27c: Dynamic PET-MR and brain inflammation.
